SSWR Recognizes Professor Fluke with 2025 Fellowship

The Society for Social Work and Research (SSWR) is pleased to announce Professor John Fluke as a 2025 Fellow. He is an Associate Director for Systems Research and Evaluation at The Kempe Center at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. This prestigious honor recognizes Professor Fluke’s outstanding contributions to social work research and his commitment to the Society’s mission.

SSWR Fellows are selected for their exceptional achievements in advancing social work research that addresses critical social issues and promotes a just society. Professor Fluke’s dedication to this mission is evident throughout his career.

SSWR Fellowship is a highly competitive distinction, awarded to only about one percent of SSWR members annually. Fellows are expected to serve as role models and mentors for future generations of social work researchers.

The official announcement of the 2025 Fellows will take place during the SSWR annual conference Fellows and Awards Presentations on Saturday, January 18th, 2025, in Seattle, WA.
