From July 14th to July 16th, Heather Taussig and Warren Binford presented at the Crimes Against Children Conference in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Heather shared insights on Fostering Healthy Futures, while Warren presented a forthcoming academic article co-authored by Abby Fitts on the capacity of Canadian law enforcement to address 21st-century child abuse.
In partnership with the University of Kentucky, this conference emphasized various forms of violence and their prevention, covering primary, secondary, and tertiary efforts. It provided a unique platform for researchers and practitioners from diverse fields to share, integrate, and critique knowledge on violence prevention.
